Private Sessions
Together, we will develop an individual exercise program for your specific needs so you can continue to lead a productive and active lifestyle. We’ll focus on a collaboration of pharmacological protocol and an exercise program that act in conjunction as a co-therapy to enhance the quality of your life, so that you can live as independently as possible.

Indoor Cycle (spin)
Spinning is a low-impact exercise that places less stress on your joints, which makes it ideal for older adults with knee or hip issues or those recovering from orthopedic injuries. In this class we never get out of the saddle (seat) – we remain seated the entire class. A large screen TV is used to simulate riding outdoors. Come travel the world with us to this fun upbeat class.

Rock Steady Boxing
Rock Steady Boxing (RSB) is a non-contact fitness program designed specifically for people with Parkinson’s. … According to RSB, “boxers condition for optimal agility, speed, muscular endurance, accuracy, hand-eye coordination, footwork and overall strength. *This class is for anyone who would like to enhance coordination, balance and overall conditioning.

Seated/Standing Strength Exercises
A seated workout encompasses far more than movements. Chair based exercises will develop your cardio fitness, muscular strength, and flexibility. Come learn the proper way to use handheld weights.

Hybrid
Gentle Hatha Yoga
Taught by Guest Instructor: Susan Jaques
This Class is designed with the belief that Yoga can be practiced by anyone! Classes are instructed at a slow and gentle pace, including Yoga postures, breath work and deep relaxation. Participants will be asked to get up or down from the floor at most twice during each session. Wear comfortable loose attire, and bring your Yoga Mat and a small pillow or foldable blanket or towel.
Susan Jaques is a certified Integral Meditation/Hatha Yoga Instructor.
